Clear gel pad shaped to sit under the arch of the foot inside a high-heeled shoe, moulded as a rounded teardrop with a run of raised ribs across the middle where the arch sits. The material is soft enough to flex right over when it is pinched, as the photograph shows, and it is translucent so it is not obvious inside an open shoe.
