The PILOT P-500 liquid-ink needle-point pen, made in Japan, in 0.5 mm and 0.7 mm. A metal needle tip on a three-point support writes a consistently fine line without skipping, and the barrel holds a large ink reserve so one pen lasts a long stretch of writing.
