A pair of moulded ring hangers for caps, hats, scarves and belts, each one a closed circle with an open shepherd hook formed on the top. Items thread through the ring and hang from the rail, so a stack of caps stays stacked instead of sliding off the end of a hook. The finish is a smooth matt coating over a rigid core, stiff enough to carry a full stack without flexing, and the hook opening clears a standard wardrobe rail.
