A flat woven nylon webbing belt that fastens with a sprung slide buckle instead of a pin, so there are no holes and the fit lands exactly where it is wanted rather than at the nearest notch. The buckle is a plain moulded rectangle with a textured face and no metal in it, which means it clears an airport scanner without being taken off. The webbing is a dense tight weave with a heat-sealed tip, light and quick to dry, and the tail is cut to length at home.
