Hand-Blown Twisted Glass Vase

A blown glass vase with a swirled optic pattern running up the body, the ribs twisting as they rise from the foot and gathering into a short narrow neck. The glass is tinted through rather than coated, so the colour deepens where the wall folds and thins to almost clear at the shoulders, and the surface keeps the slight irregularity of a blown piece. The narrow mouth holds a small bunch upright without a frog or tape, which suits short-stemmed garden roses and single blooms.
