Handheld Turbo Fan with Thermoelectric Cooling Plate and LED Display

A brushless turbo handheld fan built around a high-speed impeller rather than the usual toy motor, so it throws a focused stream of air several metres. The cooling models add twin thermoelectric plates behind a metal contact pad on the head, which chills against the skin as well as blowing, and a small LED screen shows the current speed step. Cooling models offer 199 speed steps and about 48 or 72 hours of low-speed runtime; the lighter air models offer 100 steps and can be held, stood on a desk, hung round the neck, clipped or wall-mounted.
