Portable Rechargeable Bladeless Neck Fan

A U-shaped band that rests across the shoulders and curves up behind the neck, with no exposed blades anywhere on the body. Air is drawn in through a spiral intake on the inner face of each end housing and pushed out through a row of narrow louvres running along the inside of both arms, so the flow tracks up the sides of the neck rather than straight at the face. The shell is a matte moulded plastic with a flexible section at the rear, letting the arms spread to clear the head and then close back to the shoulders.
