A replacement mounting backplate for a video doorbell, moulded in black plastic with a rectangular cut-out for the unit and screw positions top and bottom. The face is pre-loaded with strips of double-sided VHB foam adhesive under a peel-off liner, so the plate can be fixed to a wall, a door frame or a glass panel without drilling. Locating tabs around the opening hold the doorbell body square once it clips on. Loose adhesive pads cut to the same outline are offered separately for re-siting a plate that is already fitted.
