This is a plain black plastic caddy that turns a bare desktop hard drive into an external one. The drive slides into the body and is held without screws, and a large circular vent is moulded into the underside so the drive is not sealed in. Sockets sit on the back edge alongside the power inlet, and the shell is a simple rectangular block with rounded corners and no display or buttons beyond the power switch. It is sized for the wider desktop drives as well as the smaller notebook format.
