Smart Door, Window and Motion Sensors

A two-part contact sensor for a door or a window, made up of a slim main body and a smaller magnet block that sit alongside each other on the frame and the opening leaf. Both parts stick on with adhesive pads rather than screws, so nothing is drilled into a frame, and they are shaped low and square so they clear the seal when the window shuts. When the leaf moves and the two halves separate, the sensor reports the change to the rest of the system.
