A DisplayPort to VGA lead for driving an older monitor, television or projector from a computer that only has a DisplayPort output. One end is a moulded DisplayPort plug with the standard latch, the other is a 15-pin VGA plug with gold-plated contacts and captive thumbscrews so it stays seated in the socket. The cable is round black PVC and flexible enough to route behind a desk. Conversion runs one way only, from DisplayPort out to VGA in, so it will not work in reverse.
