Use this page for order help, merchant support, delivery questions, payment issues, refund requests, privacy questions, and account deletion requests.
Order and delivery help
Include your order reference, product name, seller name, delivery location, and the best way to reach you. If your order uses G+ assisted fulfilment, support staff may contact the merchant, delivery provider, or rider to confirm availability, pickup, delivery cost, rider arrival, or delivery completion.
Payments and refunds
Payments are completed on the web with our payment provider, then the result is reflected in the app. If a payment succeeds but your order does not update, send the Hubtel or payment reference and your G+ Market account email.
Merchant support
Merchants can use Seller Centre for applications, product listings, order confirmations, promotions, balances, and payout questions.
Account and privacy requests
You can request account deletion, correction, export, or privacy help from the account deletion page or by emailing support.
